B. Purpose of Collection and Use
- Customer identification, account management, and review of reservation history
- Travel product reservations, customer inquiries and consultations, and payment/refund processing
- Booking, confirmation, and provision of flights, accommodation, vehicles, guides, restaurants, admission tickets, activity programs, travel insurance, and related services
- Verification of passport information, delivery of notices and service-related information, and handling of customer requests
- Service quality improvement, incident response, dispute resolution, and compliance with applicable legal obligations
C. Retention and Use Period
As a general rule, personal information is destroyed without delay after membership withdrawal or once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled.
However, where retention is required by applicable law, the information will be securely retained for the period prescribed by such law.

and will obtain any consent required by applicable law.
B. Personal Information Provided
- Name, contact information, email address, nationality, date of birth, and gender
- Required passport information such as passport number, passport expiration date, and issuing country
- Flight information, accommodation information, travel itinerary, and companion information
- Information necessary for reservation, payment, and refund processing
- Other minimum information necessary to provide the applicable travel service
C. Purpose of Provision
- Booking, confirmation, and provision of accommodation, vehicles, guides, restaurants, admission tickets, activity programs, and related services
- Booking and confirmation of air and transportation services and enrollment in travel insurance
- Operation of local travel itineraries, payment/refund-related processing, and customer service
- Incident response, customer safety management, and dispute resolution

- Accommodation schedule, flight information, travel itinerary, and companion information

B. Destination Countries
Countries related to the applicable travel product and itinerary, including China, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam
If the actual destination country changes or additional countries are added, the applicable country or countries will be specifically disclosed before the transfer of personal information,
and will obtain any consent required by applicable law.
C. Timing and Method of Transfer
After a reservation request is received, personal information may be transferred when necessary to book, confirm, or provide the applicable travel service,
through a dedicated system, email, electronic transmission, or another secure method necessary for business operations.
D. Overseas Recipients
- Local hotels and accommodation providers
- Local vehicle and transportation service providers
- Local guides and travel operators
- Local restaurants, tourist attractions, and activity program operators
- Local DMCs (ground operators), insurers, and other providers necessary to deliver travel services
The name and contact details of the actual overseas recipient(s) may vary depending on the reserved product and itinerary.
Before transferring personal information, the Company will specifically disclose the name and contact details of the actual recipient(s) through the product detail page, booking confirmation, or a separate notice,
and will obtain any consent required by applicable law.
E. Purpose of Transfer and Use
- Booking, confirmation, and provision of overseas local travel services
- Provision of accommodation, vehicles, guides, sightseeing, activity programs, and related services
- Operation of local travel itineraries, customer service, emergency response, and customer safety management
F. Retention and Use Period
As a general rule, overseas recipients will destroy the transferred personal information without delay once the purpose of providing the applicable travel service has been fulfilled.
However, where retention is required by the laws of the destination country, the information may be retained for the period prescribed by those laws.
G. How to Refuse Overseas Transfer and the Effect of Refusal
You may refuse overseas transfer by selecting “Do Not Agree” in the consent section or by contacting Customer Service.
However, if overseas transfer is essential to booking, confirming, or providing the applicable travel product, reservations, contract formation, or certain services may be restricted.
4. Processing of Sensitive and Additional Information
If additional information is required for customer safety and the smooth provision of travel services, such as health considerations, allergies, disability status, pregnancy status, or dietary restrictions,
the purpose and scope of its collection and use, third-party provision, and overseas transfer will be separately disclosed, and the information will be processed only after obtaining separate consent where required.
5. Protection and Management of Personal Information
The Company securely manages customers’ personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations,
and implements necessary technical and administrative safeguards to prevent loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage of personal information.
